Five fellow women potters and I joined forces this spring to create a pottery collective known as the "Mud Sisters". I am so very pleased to have been included to participate as these women are so very talented and their work is beautiful. As part of this, the collective is also participating in one of the local Sunday markets here in Eugene and yesterday was the beginning of that effort. By all counts, it was a very successful day!
Here we are - with our booth and masks ready to take on the day, to sell our wares and to be a part of this fun and vibrant market!
We are hopeful that future Markets will be as successful as the first, but even if they are not the positive energy created by this group of women can only lead to good things!
Here's to the Mud Sisters!!!!
